Therapeutic Massage

At Restore Studio, therapeutic massage is built around an integrative approach, blending core modalities of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

Swedish massage provides the foundation—working to improve circulation, ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. Deep Tissue work goes further, targeting chronic tension, stubborn knots, and the layers of muscle that need a little more attention. These techniques are woven together intuitively throughout your session, with pressure adjusted along the way to ensure your comfort and maximize results.

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering form stress on the body, or simply in need of a dedicated time to restore and reset—each session is designed with you in mind.

Prenatal Massage

30 and 60 minutes

Prenatal massage offers a nurturing, supportive experience designed to help ease the physical discomforts that come with pregnancy—from back pain and hip tension, to swelling, fatigue, and stress.

Sessions are available after the first trimester and are tailored to your comfort and stage of pregnancy. As your body changes, positioning is adjusted accordingly—transitioning to side-lying with supportive pillow props to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and fully at ease throughout your session.

Please note that clients considered high risk are welcome with a doctor’s note prior to their appointment. As always, your comfort, safety, and well-being are the top priority every step of the way.

Medical Massage

Medical massage is a great option for those looking to address ongoing issues. Using the same integrative blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, each session is thoughtfully tailored to your individual therapeutic needs and goals.

To book medical massage, a signed prescription from a licensed health practitioner—such as a physician or chiropractor—stating that massage is medically necessary is required. Documentation can be presented prior to or at the time of your appointment.

Please note that medical massage is not subject to sales tax. At this time, Restore Studio does not bill insurance—payment is collected at the time of service.
