Your Questions, Answered

  • When you arrive, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor of Citizens Bank and head to Suite 201. Come on in, have a seat, and Amy will come greet you at your appointment time. Your first visit will include a brief consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and any health concerns before your sessions begins.

Amy will review your preferences including pressure and any areas to focus on or avoid. You will be instructed on whether to start face up for face down based on your session goals. Amy will step out of the room to let you get set. Undress to your comfort level—most clients undress fully or to their underwear—and get comfortable under the sheets. You will be properly draped and covered at all times throughout your session, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your comfort, privacy, and safety are always the top priority.

  • A 30-minute session is great for targeting a specific area of concern. A 60-minute session allows for a more thorough full-body experience or more time for those focus areas. A 90-minute session is ideal for those with multiple areas of concern or who simply want a more complete, unhurried session. Not sure? Reach out and Amy can help you decide!

  • Yes, new clients will complete a brief health intake form prior to their first session. This helps Amy tailor your session to your specific needs and ensures your safety and comfort. This form is part of the online booking experience. If you did not book yourself online, a form will be sent prior to your first appointment or, if needed, can be completed at the time of your appointment (but arrive early!)
